陶(tao)瓷紊流雙套管(guan)是我公(gong)司在紊流雙套管(guan)基礎上(shang)做(zuo)的(de)進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步改進(jin),屬于國內首創,該產(chan)品由主輸送管(guan)和固定(ding)在其內壁頂部的(de)內旁(pang)通(tong)(tong)管(guan)組(zu)成,內旁(pang)通(tong)(tong)管(guan)上(shang)設(she)有引流-阻尼隔板(ban),底(di)部沿軸向按工藝(yi)要求(qiu)每隔一(yi)(yi)定(ding)間距(ju)設(she)一(yi)(yi)開口(kou),通(tong)(tong)過輸送管(guan)道的(de)自調(diao)節實現飛灰的(de)紊流狀態輸送。
陶瓷耐(nai)磨(mo)雙套(tao)管(guan)從輸(shu)送(song)(song)機理上有別于常(chang)規的正(zheng)壓氣(qi)力(li)輸(shu)送(song)(song)系統,改懸浮輸(shu)送(song)(song)為靜壓輸(shu)送(song)(song),從而改變了常(chang)規正(zheng)壓輸(shu)送(song)(song)低濃(nong)度、高流速、易磨(mo)損(sun)、易堵管(guan)的工況,是解(jie)決輸(shu)送(song)(song)高磨(mo)損(sun)、大(da)出力(li)、密相輸(shu)送(song)(song)磨(mo)損(sun)性(xing)大(da)的物(wu)料(例如鍋爐飛灰(hui))的理想方案,代表了當今(jin)除灰(hui)技術(shu)的先進水平。
該裝置(zhi)包括(kuo)主輸(shu)送管(guan)、內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan),在(zai)主輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)壁(bi)上間隔(ge)設(she)置(zhi)有多個焊接(jie)(jie)孔,所述主輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)壁(bi)上沿軸向方(fang)向刻(ke)有指(zhi)(zhi)引線(xian)(xian),并(bing)且焊接(jie)(jie)孔位(wei)于指(zhi)(zhi)引線(xian)(xian)上。通(tong)過刻(ke)畫指(zhi)(zhi)引線(xian)(xian),在(zai)將內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)緊(jin)靠主輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)(de)內(nei)壁(bi)進行焊接(jie)(jie)時,能(neng)夠(gou)保(bao)證足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)有效焊接(jie)(jie)部位(wei),使(shi)(shi)得內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)在(zai)受到(dao)高(gao)速灰氣流(liu)的(de)(de)沖刷時不易脫(tuo)落(luo)。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)壁(bi)上沿軸向方(fang)向刻(ke)有定位(wei)線(xian)(xian),利用定位(wei)線(xian)(xian)能(neng)夠(gou)保(bao)證足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)有效焊接(jie)(jie)部位(wei)。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)壁(bi)上設(she)置(zhi)有鉤掛裝置(zhi),能(neng)夠(gou)使(shi)(shi)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)整體與(yu)主輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)(de)內(nei)壁(bi)接(jie)(jie)觸更加緊(jin)密。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)入口(kou)處設(she)置(zhi)防磨(mo)裝置(zhi),能(neng)夠(gou)延長(chang)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用壽(shou)命。適合在(zai)物(wu)料輸(shu)送領域推(tui)廣應用。
