陶瓷紊流(liu)雙套(tao)管(guan)(guan)是我公司在紊流(liu)雙套(tao)管(guan)(guan)基礎(chu)上做的(de)進一(yi)步改進,屬于國內(nei)首創(chuang),該(gai)產品由主(zhu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)管(guan)(guan)和固定在其內(nei)壁頂(ding)部(bu)的(de)內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)(guan)組(zu)成,內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)(guan)上設有引流(liu)-阻尼隔板,底部(bu)沿軸向(xiang)按工(gong)藝要求每隔一(yi)定間距設一(yi)開口(kou),通過(guo)輸(shu)送(song)(song)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)的(de)自調(diao)節實現飛灰的(de)紊流(liu)狀態輸(shu)送(song)(song)。
陶(tao)瓷耐磨(mo)雙(shuang)套管從(cong)輸(shu)送機理上(shang)有(you)別于常規(gui)的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)壓氣力輸(shu)送系統,改(gai)懸浮(fu)輸(shu)送為靜壓輸(shu)送,從(cong)而(er)改(gai)變了常規(gui)正(zheng)壓輸(shu)送低濃度、高(gao)流速(su)、易磨(mo)損(sun)、易堵管的(de)(de)(de)工況(kuang),是解決(jue)輸(shu)送高(gao)磨(mo)損(sun)、大出力、密相輸(shu)送磨(mo)損(sun)性大的(de)(de)(de)物料(例如(ru)鍋(guo)爐飛灰)的(de)(de)(de)理想方案,代表(biao)了當(dang)今除(chu)灰技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)先進水平。
