陶瓷紊流(liu)雙套(tao)管是我公司在紊流(liu)雙套(tao)管基礎上(shang)做(zuo)的進一步改進,屬于國(guo)內(nei)(nei)首創,該(gai)產品由主輸(shu)送(song)管和固定在其(qi)內(nei)(nei)壁頂部的內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通管組成,內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通管上(shang)設有引流(liu)-阻(zu)尼隔(ge)板(ban),底部沿軸向按工藝要(yao)求每隔(ge)一定間距設一開口,通過輸(shu)送(song)管道的自調節實(shi)現飛灰的紊流(liu)狀態(tai)輸(shu)送(song)。
陶瓷(ci)耐磨雙套(tao)管從輸送(song)(song)機理上有別于常(chang)規(gui)(gui)的(de)正壓氣力輸送(song)(song)系(xi)統,改(gai)懸(xuan)浮(fu)輸送(song)(song)為靜壓輸送(song)(song),從而改(gai)變了常(chang)規(gui)(gui)正壓輸送(song)(song)低濃度、高流速(su)、易磨損(sun)、易堵管的(de)工況,是解(jie)決輸送(song)(song)高磨損(sun)、大出力、密相輸送(song)(song)磨損(sun)性大的(de)物(wu)料(例如鍋爐飛灰(hui))的(de)理想(xiang)方案,代表了當今除灰(hui)技術(shu)的(de)先進水平。
