陶瓷紊(wen)流(liu)雙(shuang)套管(guan)(guan)(guan)是我公司在紊(wen)流(liu)雙(shuang)套管(guan)(guan)(guan)基礎上(shang)做的(de)進一步(bu)改進,屬于國(guo)內(nei)首(shou)創(chuang),該產品(pin)由主輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)和(he)固定在其內(nei)壁(bi)頂(ding)部(bu)的(de)內(nei)旁通管(guan)(guan)(guan)組(zu)成,內(nei)旁通管(guan)(guan)(guan)上(shang)設有引流(liu)-阻尼隔(ge)板,底部(bu)沿軸向按工藝要求(qiu)每隔(ge)一定間距(ju)設一開口,通過(guo)輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)道的(de)自(zi)調節實(shi)現飛灰(hui)的(de)紊(wen)流(liu)狀態輸送。

該裝置(zhi)包括主輸送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、內旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),在主輸送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)間隔設(she)(she)置(zhi)有多(duo)個焊(han)接(jie)孔,所述主輸送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)沿軸(zhou)向(xiang)方向(xiang)刻有指(zhi)引線,并且焊(han)接(jie)孔位于指(zhi)引線上(shang)。通過刻畫指(zhi)引線,在將內旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)緊(jin)靠主輸送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)內壁(bi)(bi)進行焊(han)接(jie)時,能(neng)夠保證足(zu)夠的(de)有效焊(han)接(jie)部(bu)(bu)位,使(shi)(shi)得內旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在受(shou)到高(gao)速灰氣流的(de)沖刷時不(bu)易脫落。在內旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)沿軸(zhou)向(xiang)方向(xiang)刻有定位線,利用定位線能(neng)夠保證足(zu)夠的(de)有效焊(han)接(jie)部(bu)(bu)位。在內旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)設(she)(she)置(zhi)有鉤(gou)掛(gua)裝置(zhi),能(neng)夠使(shi)(shi)內旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)整體與主輸送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)內壁(bi)(bi)接(jie)觸更加緊(jin)密。在內旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)入(ru)口(kou)處設(she)(she)置(zhi)防磨(mo)裝置(zhi),能(neng)夠延長(chang)內旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)使(shi)(shi)用壽命。適(shi)合(he)在物料輸送(song)領域推廣應(ying)用。
