該(gai)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)包括(kuo)主輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)(guan)、內旁(pang)(pang)(pang)(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan),在(zai)主輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)間隔設置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有多個焊接(jie)孔(kong),所述主輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)沿(yan)軸向方向刻(ke)有指引線,并且(qie)焊接(jie)孔(kong)位(wei)(wei)(wei)于指引線上(shang)(shang)(shang)。通(tong)過刻(ke)畫指引線,在(zai)將內旁(pang)(pang)(pang)(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)緊(jin)靠主輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)內壁(bi)(bi)進行焊接(jie)時,能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)(gou)保證(zheng)(zheng)足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的(de)有效焊接(jie)部位(wei)(wei)(wei),使得內旁(pang)(pang)(pang)(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)受到高速灰氣流的(de)沖刷時不(bu)易脫落(luo)。在(zai)內旁(pang)(pang)(pang)(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)沿(yan)軸向方向刻(ke)有定(ding)位(wei)(wei)(wei)線,利用(yong)定(ding)位(wei)(wei)(wei)線能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)(gou)保證(zheng)(zheng)足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的(de)有效焊接(jie)部位(wei)(wei)(wei)。在(zai)內旁(pang)(pang)(pang)(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上(shang)(shang)(shang)設置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)有鉤(gou)掛裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)(gou)使內旁(pang)(pang)(pang)(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)整體與主輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)內壁(bi)(bi)接(jie)觸(chu)更(geng)加(jia)緊(jin)密(mi)。在(zai)內旁(pang)(pang)(pang)(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)入口處設置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)防(fang)磨裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)(gou)延長內旁(pang)(pang)(pang)(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)使用(yong)壽命。適合在(zai)物料輸(shu)送領域推廣應(ying)用(yong)。
