陶(tao)瓷紊流(liu)(liu)(liu)雙(shuang)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)是(shi)我公司在(zai)紊流(liu)(liu)(liu)雙(shuang)套(tao)(tao)管(guan)基礎上做的(de)進一步(bu)改進,屬于國內(nei)首創,該產品由主(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)和固(gu)定在(zai)其內(nei)壁頂部的(de)內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)組(zu)成,內(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)上設(she)有引流(liu)(liu)(liu)-阻尼隔板,底(di)部沿軸向按工(gong)藝要求每隔一定間距設(she)一開(kai)口,通過輸(shu)送管(guan)道的(de)自調節(jie)實(shi)現飛灰(hui)的(de)紊流(liu)(liu)(liu)狀態輸(shu)送。
陶瓷耐磨(mo)(mo)雙套(tao)管從(cong)(cong)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)機理(li)上有別于常規的(de)正(zheng)壓氣力輸(shu)(shu)送(song)系統,改(gai)(gai)懸浮輸(shu)(shu)送(song)為(wei)靜壓輸(shu)(shu)送(song),從(cong)(cong)而改(gai)(gai)變了(le)常規正(zheng)壓輸(shu)(shu)送(song)低濃(nong)度、高流速(su)、易(yi)磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)、易(yi)堵管的(de)工況,是解決輸(shu)(shu)送(song)高磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)、大出力、密相輸(shu)(shu)送(song)磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)性大的(de)物(wu)料(例如鍋爐飛灰)的(de)理(li)想(xiang)方案,代表了(le)當今除(chu)灰技術的(de)先進水平。
