陶瓷(ci)耐磨(mo)雙套管從(cong)輸(shu)(shu)送機(ji)理上有別于常規的(de)正(zheng)壓(ya)(ya)氣(qi)力輸(shu)(shu)送系統,改懸浮輸(shu)(shu)送為(wei)靜壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)(shu)送,從(cong)而改變了常規正(zheng)壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)(shu)送低濃度(du)、高流速、易磨(mo)損(sun)、易堵管的(de)工(gong)況,是解決輸(shu)(shu)送高磨(mo)損(sun)、大(da)出力、密相輸(shu)(shu)送磨(mo)損(sun)性(xing)大(da)的(de)物料(例如鍋爐飛灰)的(de)理想方案,代表了當今除灰技術(shu)的(de)先進水平。
該裝置包括主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)、內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan),在(zai)(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)的外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)間隔設(she)(she)置有(you)(you)多個(ge)焊接孔,所述(shu)主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)的外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)沿軸(zhou)向(xiang)方向(xiang)刻(ke)有(you)(you)指引線(xian),并且(qie)焊接孔位(wei)于指引線(xian)上(shang)。通(tong)過(guo)刻(ke)畫指引線(xian),在(zai)(zai)將內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)緊靠主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)的內壁(bi)進行焊接時,能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)保證足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的有(you)(you)效焊接部位(wei),使得內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)(zai)受到(dao)高速(su)灰氣(qi)流的沖刷時不易脫落。在(zai)(zai)內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)沿軸(zhou)向(xiang)方向(xiang)刻(ke)有(you)(you)定位(wei)線(xian),利(li)用定位(wei)線(xian)能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)保證足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的有(you)(you)效焊接部位(wei)。在(zai)(zai)內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的外(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)設(she)(she)置有(you)(you)鉤(gou)掛(gua)裝置,能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)使內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)整體(ti)與主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)的內壁(bi)接觸更加緊密(mi)。在(zai)(zai)內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的入口處設(she)(she)置防(fang)磨裝置,能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)延長內旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的使用壽命。適(shi)合在(zai)(zai)物料輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)領域推廣應用。
