陶瓷紊流(liu)(liu)雙套管(guan)(guan)是我公司在(zai)紊流(liu)(liu)雙套管(guan)(guan)基(ji)礎上做的(de)進一(yi)步改進,屬(shu)于國內(nei)(nei)首創,該產(chan)品由主輸送(song)(song)(song)管(guan)(guan)和(he)固定在(zai)其(qi)內(nei)(nei)壁頂部(bu)的(de)內(nei)(nei)旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)組(zu)成,內(nei)(nei)旁通(tong)管(guan)(guan)上設有引流(liu)(liu)-阻尼隔板,底部(bu)沿軸向按(an)工(gong)藝(yi)要求每隔一(yi)定間距設一(yi)開(kai)口(kou),通(tong)過輸送(song)(song)(song)管(guan)(guan)道的(de)自調節(jie)實現飛灰的(de)紊流(liu)(liu)狀態輸送(song)(song)(song)。
陶瓷(ci)耐磨雙套管從輸(shu)送機理上有別于常(chang)規的(de)正壓(ya)氣力(li)輸(shu)送系統,改懸浮(fu)輸(shu)送為靜壓(ya)輸(shu)送,從而改變了常(chang)規正壓(ya)輸(shu)送低濃度、高(gao)流速(su)、易磨損(sun)、易堵管的(de)工況(kuang),是解決輸(shu)送高(gao)磨損(sun)、大出力(li)、密相輸(shu)送磨損(sun)性大的(de)物料(例如鍋(guo)爐飛灰)的(de)理想方案,代表了當今除(chu)灰技術的(de)先進水(shui)平(ping)。
該(gai)裝置(zhi)(zhi)包括主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)、內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan),在(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)(shang)間隔設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)多個焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)孔,所述主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)(shang)沿軸向方向刻有(you)(you)指引線(xian),并且焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)孔位于指引線(xian)上(shang)(shang)。通(tong)(tong)過刻畫指引線(xian),在(zai)將(jiang)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)緊靠主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)進行(xing)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)時,能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)保(bao)證(zheng)足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)部(bu)位,使(shi)得(de)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)受到高速灰氣流的(de)(de)(de)沖刷(shua)時不易脫落。在(zai)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)(shang)沿軸向方向刻有(you)(you)定位線(xian),利用(yong)定位線(xian)能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)保(bao)證(zheng)足(zu)夠(gou)(gou)的(de)(de)(de)有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)部(bu)位。在(zai)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外(wai)(wai)(wai)壁(bi)上(shang)(shang)設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)有(you)(you)鉤掛裝置(zhi)(zhi),能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)使(shi)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)整體(ti)與主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)壁(bi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)觸更加緊密(mi)。在(zai)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)入(ru)口處設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)防磨(mo)裝置(zhi)(zhi),能(neng)夠(gou)(gou)延長(chang)內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命。適合在(zai)物(wu)料輸(shu)送領域推廣應(ying)用(yong)。
