陶瓷紊(wen)流(liu)雙(shuang)套(tao)管(guan)是我公司在紊(wen)流(liu)雙(shuang)套(tao)管(guan)基礎上做的進一(yi)步(bu)改進,屬于國內(nei)(nei)首(shou)創(chuang),該產品由主輸(shu)送管(guan)和固定在其內(nei)(nei)壁頂部(bu)的內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)組成,內(nei)(nei)旁(pang)通管(guan)上設(she)有引(yin)流(liu)-阻尼隔板,底部(bu)沿軸向按工藝要(yao)求每隔一(yi)定間距設(she)一(yi)開口(kou),通過輸(shu)送管(guan)道的自調節實(shi)現(xian)飛(fei)灰(hui)的紊(wen)流(liu)狀態輸(shu)送。
陶瓷(ci)耐磨(mo)(mo)雙(shuang)套管從輸送機(ji)理上(shang)有別于常規(gui)的(de)正壓(ya)氣力(li)(li)輸送系統,改(gai)懸浮輸送為靜壓(ya)輸送,從而改(gai)變了常規(gui)正壓(ya)輸送低(di)濃度、高(gao)流速(su)、易(yi)磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)、易(yi)堵管的(de)工況,是解決輸送高(gao)磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)、大出力(li)(li)、密相輸送磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)性大的(de)物料(例如鍋(guo)爐飛灰(hui))的(de)理想方案,代表(biao)了當今(jin)除(chu)灰(hui)技術(shu)的(de)先進(jin)水平(ping)。
該(gai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)包(bao)括主輸送(song)(song)管、內(nei)旁通(tong)管,在(zai)(zai)主輸送(song)(song)管的(de)(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上間(jian)隔(ge)設置(zhi)有(you)多(duo)個焊接孔,所述(shu)主輸送(song)(song)管的(de)(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上沿軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)方向(xiang)(xiang)刻(ke)(ke)有(you)指引(yin)線(xian),并且焊接孔位于指引(yin)線(xian)上。通(tong)過刻(ke)(ke)畫指引(yin)線(xian),在(zai)(zai)將內(nei)旁通(tong)管緊靠主輸送(song)(song)管的(de)(de)內(nei)壁(bi)(bi)進(jin)行焊接時,能(neng)夠(gou)保證(zheng)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)有(you)效焊接部位,使(shi)得內(nei)旁通(tong)管在(zai)(zai)受到高速(su)灰氣流(liu)的(de)(de)沖刷時不易脫落(luo)。在(zai)(zai)內(nei)旁通(tong)管的(de)(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上沿軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)方向(xiang)(xiang)刻(ke)(ke)有(you)定位線(xian),利用(yong)定位線(xian)能(neng)夠(gou)保證(zheng)足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)有(you)效焊接部位。在(zai)(zai)內(nei)旁通(tong)管的(de)(de)外(wai)壁(bi)(bi)上設置(zhi)有(you)鉤掛(gua)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),能(neng)夠(gou)使(shi)內(nei)旁通(tong)管整(zheng)體與主輸送(song)(song)管的(de)(de)內(nei)壁(bi)(bi)接觸(chu)更(geng)加緊密。在(zai)(zai)內(nei)旁通(tong)管的(de)(de)入口處設置(zhi)防(fang)磨裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi),能(neng)夠(gou)延長內(nei)旁通(tong)管的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命。適合(he)在(zai)(zai)物(wu)料輸送(song)(song)領域推廣應用(yong)。
