陶瓷紊(wen)(wen)流(liu)(liu)雙套(tao)管(guan)是(shi)我公司(si)在(zai)紊(wen)(wen)流(liu)(liu)雙套(tao)管(guan)基礎上(shang)做的(de)(de)進一(yi)步改進,屬于國(guo)內首創,該產品(pin)由主(zhu)輸(shu)送(song)(song)管(guan)和固定(ding)在(zai)其(qi)內壁(bi)頂(ding)部的(de)(de)內旁(pang)通管(guan)組(zu)成,內旁(pang)通管(guan)上(shang)設有引流(liu)(liu)-阻尼隔板,底部沿軸向按工藝要求(qiu)每隔一(yi)定(ding)間距設一(yi)開口,通過輸(shu)送(song)(song)管(guan)道的(de)(de)自調節實現飛灰的(de)(de)紊(wen)(wen)流(liu)(liu)狀態輸(shu)送(song)(song)。
陶瓷耐磨(mo)雙套(tao)管(guan)從(cong)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)機理上有別于常規的(de)正壓氣力(li)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)系(xi)統,改懸浮輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)為(wei)靜壓輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song),從(cong)而改變了常規正壓輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)低濃度(du)、高流速(su)、易磨(mo)損、易堵管(guan)的(de)工況,是解(jie)決輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)高磨(mo)損、大出(chu)力(li)、密相輸(shu)(shu)送(song)(song)磨(mo)損性大的(de)物料(liao)(例如鍋(guo)爐飛灰)的(de)理想(xiang)方案,代表了當今除灰技術(shu)的(de)先進水平(ping)。
該(gai)裝置(zhi)(zhi)包括主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)、內旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan),在(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的外壁上間隔設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)有多個焊接孔(kong),所(suo)述主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的外壁上沿軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)方(fang)向(xiang)刻有指引(yin)線(xian),并且(qie)焊接孔(kong)位(wei)于指引(yin)線(xian)上。通(tong)(tong)過刻畫(hua)指引(yin)線(xian),在(zai)將內旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)緊靠主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的內壁進(jin)行焊接時,能(neng)夠(gou)保證足夠(gou)的有效焊接部(bu)位(wei),使得內旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)受(shou)到高(gao)速灰氣流(liu)的沖刷(shua)時不(bu)易脫落。在(zai)內旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的外壁上沿軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)方(fang)向(xiang)刻有定(ding)位(wei)線(xian),利用(yong)定(ding)位(wei)線(xian)能(neng)夠(gou)保證足夠(gou)的有效焊接部(bu)位(wei)。在(zai)內旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的外壁上設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)有鉤掛裝置(zhi)(zhi),能(neng)夠(gou)使內旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)整體與主(zhu)(zhu)輸(shu)送管(guan)(guan)的內壁接觸更加(jia)緊密。在(zai)內旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的入口(kou)處設(she)置(zhi)(zhi)防磨(mo)裝置(zhi)(zhi),能(neng)夠(gou)延長內旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)(guan)的使用(yong)壽命。適(shi)合在(zai)物料輸(shu)送領域推廣應用(yong)。
