陶瓷(ci)紊(wen)(wen)流雙套管(guan)是(shi)我公司在(zai)紊(wen)(wen)流雙套管(guan)基礎上做的(de)(de)(de)進(jin)(jin)一步改進(jin)(jin),屬于國內首創(chuang),該產品由主輸送管(guan)和固(gu)定(ding)在(zai)其內壁頂部的(de)(de)(de)內旁通管(guan)組成(cheng),內旁通管(guan)上設(she)有引(yin)流-阻尼隔板(ban),底部沿(yan)軸向按工藝要求(qiu)每隔一定(ding)間距設(she)一開口,通過輸送管(guan)道的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)調(diao)節(jie)實現(xian)飛灰的(de)(de)(de)紊(wen)(wen)流狀態輸送。
陶瓷耐(nai)磨(mo)雙套管(guan)從(cong)輸送(song)(song)機理上有別于常規的(de)(de)正壓氣力輸送(song)(song)系統,改懸浮(fu)輸送(song)(song)為靜壓輸送(song)(song),從(cong)而改變了常規正壓輸送(song)(song)低濃度、高(gao)流速、易磨(mo)損、易堵管(guan)的(de)(de)工況,是解決輸送(song)(song)高(gao)磨(mo)損、大出力、密相輸送(song)(song)磨(mo)損性大的(de)(de)物料(例如鍋爐飛(fei)灰)的(de)(de)理想方案,代表了當今除灰技術的(de)(de)先(xian)進水平(ping)。
