陶瓷紊流(liu)(liu)(liu)雙(shuang)套(tao)管是我公司(si)在(zai)紊流(liu)(liu)(liu)雙(shuang)套(tao)管基礎上(shang)做的(de)進(jin)一步(bu)改進(jin),屬于(yu)國內(nei)首創,該產品由主輸(shu)送管和(he)固定在(zai)其內(nei)壁頂(ding)部(bu)的(de)內(nei)旁(pang)通管組(zu)成,內(nei)旁(pang)通管上(shang)設有(you)引流(liu)(liu)(liu)-阻尼隔(ge)板,底部(bu)沿(yan)軸向按工藝要求(qiu)每隔(ge)一定間距設一開(kai)口,通過輸(shu)送管道的(de)自調節實現飛灰的(de)紊流(liu)(liu)(liu)狀態輸(shu)送。
陶瓷耐(nai)磨雙套管從輸(shu)送機理上有別于常規的(de)正(zheng)壓氣力輸(shu)送系(xi)統(tong),改(gai)懸浮(fu)輸(shu)送為靜壓輸(shu)送,從而(er)改(gai)變了(le)常規正(zheng)壓輸(shu)送低(di)濃度、高流速、易磨損、易堵管的(de)工(gong)況(kuang),是解(jie)決輸(shu)送高磨損、大出力、密相輸(shu)送磨損性大的(de)物料(例如鍋爐(lu)飛灰)的(de)理想方案,代(dai)表(biao)了(le)當今(jin)除灰技(ji)術(shu)的(de)先進(jin)水(shui)平(ping)。
該裝置包(bao)括主輸(shu)送管(guan)、內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan),在(zai)主輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外壁上(shang)(shang)間隔設置有(you)多個焊(han)(han)接(jie)孔,所述主輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外壁上(shang)(shang)沿軸向方向刻(ke)(ke)有(you)指(zhi)引(yin)線(xian)(xian),并(bing)且焊(han)(han)接(jie)孔位于指(zhi)引(yin)線(xian)(xian)上(shang)(shang)。通(tong)(tong)過刻(ke)(ke)畫指(zhi)引(yin)線(xian)(xian),在(zai)將內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)緊(jin)靠主輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)壁進行焊(han)(han)接(jie)時,能(neng)夠保證(zheng)(zheng)足夠的(de)(de)(de)有(you)效(xiao)焊(han)(han)接(jie)部(bu)位,使(shi)得內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)在(zai)受到高速(su)灰氣流的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)刷時不易脫落。在(zai)內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外壁上(shang)(shang)沿軸向方向刻(ke)(ke)有(you)定位線(xian)(xian),利用(yong)(yong)定位線(xian)(xian)能(neng)夠保證(zheng)(zheng)足夠的(de)(de)(de)有(you)效(xiao)焊(han)(han)接(jie)部(bu)位。在(zai)內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)外壁上(shang)(shang)設置有(you)鉤(gou)掛(gua)裝置,能(neng)夠使(shi)內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)整體與主輸(shu)送管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)壁接(jie)觸(chu)更加(jia)緊(jin)密。在(zai)內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)入口處設置防磨裝置,能(neng)夠延長內(nei)旁通(tong)(tong)管(guan)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)壽命。適(shi)合在(zai)物料輸(shu)送領(ling)域推廣應(ying)用(yong)(yong)。
