陶瓷紊(wen)流雙套(tao)管(guan)是我(wo)公司在紊(wen)流雙套(tao)管(guan)基礎(chu)上做的(de)進(jin)一步改進(jin),屬于(yu)國(guo)內(nei)首創(chuang),該產(chan)品(pin)由(you)主輸(shu)送(song)管(guan)和固定在其(qi)內(nei)壁(bi)頂部的(de)內(nei)旁通管(guan)組成,內(nei)旁通管(guan)上設有(you)引(yin)流-阻尼隔板,底部沿軸向(xiang)按工藝(yi)要求每隔一定間距設一開口,通過輸(shu)送(song)管(guan)道的(de)自調節實現飛灰的(de)紊(wen)流狀(zhuang)態輸(shu)送(song)。
陶瓷耐磨(mo)(mo)雙(shuang)套管(guan)從輸(shu)送機理上有別于常規的(de)正壓氣力(li)輸(shu)送系(xi)統,改懸(xuan)浮(fu)輸(shu)送為靜壓輸(shu)送,從而改變了常規正壓輸(shu)送低濃(nong)度、高(gao)流速(su)、易磨(mo)(mo)損、易堵(du)管(guan)的(de)工況,是(shi)解決(jue)輸(shu)送高(gao)磨(mo)(mo)損、大出力(li)、密相輸(shu)送磨(mo)(mo)損性(xing)大的(de)物(wu)料(例如鍋爐飛灰)的(de)理想方案,代表了當今除(chu)灰技術的(de)先進水平(ping)。
該裝(zhuang)置包括主輸送(song)管(guan)(guan)、內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan),在(zai)主輸送(song)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)外壁(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)上間(jian)隔設(she)置有(you)多個焊接孔,所述主輸送(song)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)外壁(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)上沿軸(zhou)向方(fang)向刻有(you)指(zhi)引線(xian)(xian)(xian),并且焊接孔位(wei)(wei)于指(zhi)引線(xian)(xian)(xian)上。通(tong)過刻畫指(zhi)引線(xian)(xian)(xian),在(zai)將內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)緊靠主輸送(song)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)內(nei)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)進(jin)行(xing)焊接時,能夠保證足夠的(de)(de)有(you)效(xiao)焊接部(bu)位(wei)(wei),使得內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)在(zai)受(shou)到高速灰氣流的(de)(de)沖刷時不易脫(tuo)落。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)外壁(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)上沿軸(zhou)向方(fang)向刻有(you)定位(wei)(wei)線(xian)(xian)(xian),利用(yong)定位(wei)(wei)線(xian)(xian)(xian)能夠保證足夠的(de)(de)有(you)效(xiao)焊接部(bu)位(wei)(wei)。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)外壁(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)上設(she)置有(you)鉤掛裝(zhuang)置,能夠使內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)整(zheng)體與主輸送(song)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)內(nei)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)(bi)接觸更加(jia)緊密(mi)。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)入口處設(she)置防磨裝(zhuang)置,能夠延長內(nei)旁(pang)通(tong)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)使用(yong)壽命。適(shi)合(he)在(zai)物料輸送(song)領域(yu)推廣應用(yong)。
