陶(tao)瓷紊(wen)(wen)流雙套管(guan)(guan)(guan)是我公司在紊(wen)(wen)流雙套管(guan)(guan)(guan)基礎上做的進(jin)一步改進(jin),屬于國(guo)內(nei)(nei)首創,該產品(pin)由(you)主輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)和固定在其內(nei)(nei)壁頂部(bu)的內(nei)(nei)旁通管(guan)(guan)(guan)組成,內(nei)(nei)旁通管(guan)(guan)(guan)上設有引流-阻尼隔(ge)板,底部(bu)沿(yan)軸向按工藝要求每隔(ge)一定間(jian)距(ju)設一開口(kou),通過輸送管(guan)(guan)(guan)道(dao)的自調節實現飛灰的紊(wen)(wen)流狀態輸送。
陶瓷耐(nai)磨雙套管從(cong)輸送(song)機理上有別于常(chang)(chang)規(gui)的正壓氣力輸送(song)系(xi)統,改懸浮輸送(song)為靜壓輸送(song),從(cong)而改變(bian)了常(chang)(chang)規(gui)正壓輸送(song)低濃度、高流(liu)速(su)、易(yi)磨損、易(yi)堵管的工況,是解決輸送(song)高磨損、大(da)(da)出(chu)力、密相輸送(song)磨損性(xing)大(da)(da)的物料(liao)(例如鍋爐飛灰)的理想方案,代表了當今除灰技術的先進水平(ping)。
該(gai)裝置包括主(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、內(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),在(zai)主(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的外(wai)壁(bi)上間隔(ge)設置有(you)多個(ge)焊(han)接(jie)孔,所述(shu)主(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的外(wai)壁(bi)上沿軸向(xiang)方向(xiang)刻(ke)有(you)指引(yin)線,并(bing)且焊(han)接(jie)孔位于指引(yin)線上。通過刻(ke)畫指引(yin)線,在(zai)將內(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)緊靠(kao)主(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的內(nei)壁(bi)進行焊(han)接(jie)時(shi),能夠(gou)(gou)保(bao)證足夠(gou)(gou)的有(you)效(xiao)焊(han)接(jie)部位,使得內(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在(zai)受到(dao)高速灰氣流的沖刷時(shi)不易脫落。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的外(wai)壁(bi)上沿軸向(xiang)方向(xiang)刻(ke)有(you)定(ding)位線,利用(yong)(yong)定(ding)位線能夠(gou)(gou)保(bao)證足夠(gou)(gou)的有(you)效(xiao)焊(han)接(jie)部位。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的外(wai)壁(bi)上設置有(you)鉤掛裝置,能夠(gou)(gou)使內(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)整體與主(zhu)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的內(nei)壁(bi)接(jie)觸更加緊密。在(zai)內(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的入口處設置防磨裝置,能夠(gou)(gou)延長(chang)內(nei)旁(pang)(pang)通管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的使用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命。適合在(zai)物料(liao)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)送(song)領域推廣應用(yong)(yong)。
